Declaration to be given by the Parent/Guardian
I understand that if any information furnished to the school by me in the
Registration form/Admission form or any other document in connection with the
admission of my son/daughter is found to be false or incorrect, the admission is
liable to be cancelled.
I also understand that in the event of cancellation of admission, the fee
paid to the school is not refundable.
Documents to be furnished:
- Original Copy of the Birth Certificate.
- Xerox Copy of the Immunization (vaccine) record (Original must be
brought along for verification).
- Xerox Copy of the Caste & Income Certificate of both Child & Parents.
- Xerox Copy of Student's individual Bank Account Pass Book.
- Xerox Copy of Aadhar Card of both Child & Parents.
- 4 Passport Size Photos of the Child.
- 2 Stamp Size Photos of the Child.
How to Track Application?
Below are the 3 steps to track your application:
- Step 1. Create a Parent account at atoms.av.school.
- Step 2. See the status of your application under the application tab.
- Step 3. Once your application is accepted you would receive a call with more
details.
