RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE SCHOOL



Things and Punctuality

We believe in punctuality. We respect your time and expect the same from you.

Appointment

You are welcome to approach the reception during school hours without any appointment. Teachers, Head Mistress, and Principal can be met in person only with prior appointment.

Communication

We only believe in written communication, as it is accountable. Communication between the parent and school will only be made through the student's school diary provided by the school before the commencement of the academic year.

Parents and Staff relationship

We believe in politeness. We are considerate, understanding, helpful, and soft-spoken by nature. We expect all our staff to be treated in the same manner.

Parents Teacher Meeting(PTM)

Parents-teacher meetings are frequently organized on Saturdays. The dates of the PTM will be communicated to you 15 days prior to the meeting. Both parents must attend all the PTMs without fail.

Group meeting

At group meetings, we discuss subjects like Parenting, Montessori, Philosophy, etc. At least one of the parents must participate without fail.

Introductory meeting

An introductory meeting for parents will be conducted before the child starts his/her schooling. This meeting is very important and mandatory for parents. All the finer details for the smooth functioning of your child's schooling will be discussed during this meeting.

Mode of payment

A Demand Draft(D.D) must be submitted at the time of admission in favor of Shree Aradhya Educational and Charitable Trust. Please note that payment by cash/cheque is not acceptable.

School Fee is not refundable

The entire academic year's fee is taken in advance. In case you discontinue your child's schooling in the middle of the academic year, the fee will not be refunded.


Declaration to be given by the Parent/Guardian

I understand that if any information furnished to the school by me in the Registration form/Admission form or any other document in connection with the admission of my son/daughter is found to be false or incorrect, the admission is liable to be cancelled.

I also understand that in the event of cancellation of admission, the fee paid to the school is not refundable.

Documents to be furnished:

  • Original Copy of the Birth Certificate.
  • Xerox Copy of the Immunization (vaccine) record (Original must be brought along for verification).
  • Xerox Copy of the Caste & Income Certificate of both Child & Parents.
  • Xerox Copy of Student's individual Bank Account Pass Book.
  • Xerox Copy of Aadhar Card of both Child & Parents.
  • 4 Passport Size Photos of the Child.
  • 2 Stamp Size Photos of the Child.

  • Step 2. See the status of your application under the application tab.
  • Step 3. Once your application is accepted you would receive a call with more details.
